The way our process works is simple. You, as a Builder, would sign a stipulated agreement with Atlanta Building Company who will provide the construction management. In addition, you will also provide plans, specifications, plat, site plans, selection sheets, vendor list, and copies of the contract with any change orders if the project is pre-sold. We then manage the project by means of your individual subs and suppliers. As the Builder, you would retain all responsibility for construction draws, payments to subs and suppliers, as usual.  The only real difference, there is NO need for Builder employee involvement.

At Atlanta Building Company, our Fee Structure varies according to the nature and magnitude of your project.  Furthermore, we offer discounted fees which are available based on volume.
